School website’s photography policy

On this website, the following practices will be applied for the privacy and safety of students:

• If a pupil’s name is mentioned, their photograph is not to be displayed
• If a pupil’s photograph is displayed, their name is not to be mentioned
• If a pupil’s name needs to be mentioned, only thier firstname (without surname) is to be used
• Prior parent’s permission is to be sought in order to display a photograph containing their children
• When chosing photographs, that needs to be displayed on the website, ensure no close-ups potraits or anything inappropiate pose of any individual pupil to be displayed.
